The D'Piazza management is very strict on this and will remove them if anyone does not folllow the guidelines.
However,there is an alternative where shop owners can put,placed or hang the notice inside and within the shop unit.

You don't have to engage Zubicon for renovation work
The management of D'Piazza posted a memo to inform all purchasers that they have the option to engage contractor/s of their own choice. Purchasers do not need to engage Zubicon if they feel Zubicon is overcharging.
Peep at inside as at today
The whole place looked clean with new coat of paint.Noticed the railing being repainted to beige colour.
